1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your desired size or color is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at segapilot1211@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
